We Told You So

 When you were first crafting a healthcare law and you shut out any Republican input we told you what you wanted to do wouldn’t work.

 We told you an entire takeover of American healthcare was both unnecessary, beyond the scope and duty of government and something that just would not turn out well.

 When you finished your law, in secret, we told you it wouldn’t work.

 When you rammed what was essentially an unfinished bill through Congress by bribing members of your own Party we told you it was a bad bill

 When you told us there were no “Death Squads” in Obamacare we told you that you were lying.

 When you told us everybody could keep their plan if they wanted to we told you that you were lying.

 When you told us everybody could keep their doctor we told you that you were lying.

 When you told us Obamacare would be better care we told you that you were lying.

 When you told us that Obamacare would be less expensive we told you that you were lying

I want to take you back to Ted Cruz and Mike Lee a month ago.  They were trying to warn people what was coming.  They were trying to get people back then to delay this, to defund it, to prevent this that’s happening from happening.  They knew it was coming, as did every other elected official.  Everybody in both parties knew this was coming, folks.

 These 12/13 senators asking for a do-over knew. The House Democrats, everybody knew.  They voted for it, and they need to be reminded of that, and they knew this was coming.  But back when Ted Cruz was leading the effort, what was being said about him?  “Well, he’s a terrorist!  Well, he’s holding people hostage! He’s demanding ransoms! He’s an extremist.”  He was right, and he was one of maybe two or three people who had the guts to go public and tell people what was headed their way.

 He was one of two or three only had the guts to warn people what was coming and tried to do something to prevent this.  Ted Cruz.  You go back, thinking what kind of names he was being called and the insults being tossed at him and Mike Lee and everybody involved in that effort, just a month ago. Now the very people who were throwing those insults out — accusing him of being a terrorist, accusing him of wanting to take hostages and ransoms and so forth — are now the people begging to be exempted!

 They’re begging for the rules to be changed, begging for there to be a delay so that they’re not negatively impacted.  They knew this was coming.  They voted for it.  This is the kind of stuff that ticks me off.  These guys, the pioneers take the arrows, and they were right on the money about it, and they are owed an apology.  They are owed an apology from the Republican establishment.  They’re owed an apology from Obama.  They’re owed an apology from the media because they called it.

 Ted Cruz and Mike Lee and everybody involved in their effort was trying to prevent what is happening now from happening.  All they wanted to do was defund it or delay it so that this wouldn’t happen, so that you wouldn’t begin losing your policy.  That’s all they wanted to do.  They knew you wanted to keep your policy, and for that they were insulted. They were impugned, they were attacked, and everybody in the Washington establishment from both parties, tried to destroy them. (1)

 

 There are just so many things wrong with Obamacare, but I got an email that sums up what tea party groups have been saying since 2009.

 

 Liberals and socialists…The Tea Party was right…100% right…About Obamacare.

 We tried to tell you but you wouldn’t listen.

 The roll out of Obamacare and its website is a disaster. A complete, unmitigated disaster and regardless of how you try to spin it, YOU own it.

 Lock, stock and putrid carcass…YOU own it.

 Liberals and socialists…YOU bribed members of your OWN party to pass it.

 YOU wouldn’t allow anyone to read it first.

 YOU passed Obamacare WITHOUT 1 SINGLE REPUBLICAN VOTE in the dark of night.

 Over the last 3 years…YOU…Liberals and socialists…YOU told lie after lie after lie about Obamacare.

 YOU said it would LOWER premiums.

 YOU said it wouldn’t cost American taxpayers 1 thin dime.

 YOU SAID IT WASN’T A TAX.

 YOU said we could keep our doctors and…

 YOU said we could keep our existing insurance.

 YOU SAID IT WOULD BE AFFORDABLE!!!

 YOU said it would SAVE American families $2500.00 per year.

 YOU said we would have MORE choices.

 YOU said bureaucrats would NOT be making our healthcare decisions.

 YOU said it was going to cover ALL Americans.

 YOU said it would be FAIR.

 YOU said it was going to be READY…on time and on budget.

 YOU said it would  NOT harm the economy.

 YOU said it would NOT cost American’s their jobs.

 YOU said it would NOT force businesses to cut their workforce to part-time hours.

 You lied.

 You lied and lied and lied and lied.

 Everything you told the American people Obamacare WAS…It Isn’t and everything you said Obamacare WASN’T…It is.

 Obamacare is exactly what the Tea Party said it would be and exactly what the Tea Party said it WOULDN’T be.

 Yes, you…Liberals and socialists…Have spent the last 3 years lying about Obamacare and doing everything you could think of to DEMONIZE the Tea Party.

 YOU called the Tea Party arsonists.

 YOU called the Tea Party EXTREMISTS.

 YOU called the Tea Party TERRORISTS.

 YOU said the Tea Party was taking hostages, holding a gun to the heads of Americans, demanding ransoms and that the Tea Party was RACIST for wanting to defund or even DELAY Obamacare.

 You lied about all of that too and you lied about it because YOU knew that the TEA PARTY was 100% right about Obamacare and guess who is wanting to delay it NOW…YOU do!!!

 You had 3 years to build the website for Obamacare and even though you said it would cost $93 million dollars to build it…YOU spent $634 MILLION DOLLARS ON it.

 Well, guess what, liberals and socialists…It sucks. It SUCKS out loud.

 And why wouldn’t it suck?

 YOU hired CGI Federal out of Canada to build YOUR website.

 THEY SUCK OUT LOUD and last year…THEY were FIRED by…CANADA because the EHealth website they built for CANADIAN socialized healthcare SUCKED…Out loud.

 YOU EVEN ARRANGED THE “SHUTDOWN” OF THE GOVERNMENT AND RAMPED UP YOUR FALSE DEMONIZATION OF THE TEA PARTY TO COVER AND SMOKE SCREEN WHAT YOU KNEW WAS GOING TO BE A DISASTROUS ROLL OUT OF OBAMACARE!!!

 You MADE IT WORSE THAN IT WAS.

 You TRIED TO BULLY 90 YEAR OLD VETERANS.

 YOU…The liberals and socialists of the Obama regime INTENTIONALLY made the “shutdown” as visible and as offensive as you possibly could because YOU didn’t want the American people focused on the train wreck of the Obamacare roll out.

 Meanwhile…a small handful of Americans managed to somehow get through the Obamacare website from hell and guess what they discovered?

 THEY DISCOVERED THAT OBAMACARE WAS NOT AFFORDABLE…THEY COULD NOT KEEP THEIR DOCTORS OR THEIR EXISTING INSURANCE!!!

 They DISCOVERED THAT THEIR PREMIUMS WERE skyrocketing RATHER THAN GOING DOWN.

 They DISCOVERED THAT THE $634 million dollar WEBSITE WAS not AS EASY AS BOOKING A HOTEL.

 They DISCOVERED…OVER THE LAST 3 YEARS THAT THEY DID HAVE 21 new taxes AND THAT Obamacare WAS going to SOAK the American taxpayers.

 THEY discovered that a 15 member panel of bureaucrats WOULD be making their healthcare decisions.

 THEY discovered that their existing insurance carriers were DUMPING them and/or FLEEING their states.

 THEY discovered that THEIR DEDUCTIBLES were going to SKYROCKET right along with their PREMIUMS.

 They discovered that THEY could LOSE their homes if they didn’t pay the Obamacare fines.

 They have discovered that their rights will be violated under Obamacare. Their privacy will be violated under Obamacare. Their homes can be subjected to “home visits” by federal agents under Obamacare.

 THEY DISCOVERED THAT THEIR CHILDREN COULD BE TAKEN FROM THEM UNDER OBAMACARE!!!

 They discovered that the TEA PARTY was 100% right ABOUT Obamacare.

 What the garden variety liberal and socialist, low information voters just can’t bring themselves to admit is that OBAMA and his regime KNEW the TEA PARTY was 100% right all along.

 Obama and his regime KNEW that Obamacare was everything the Tea Party said it was and, they knew it wasn’t ready to roll out.

 Obama and his regime KNEW the system would crash if even as few as 200 people tried to get on the website.

 Obama and his regime are now trying to convince the American public that they don’t know how many people have actually enrolled in Obamacare but, that too, is a lie.

 THEY know…They just don’t want YOU to know.

 How else can one explain that the Obama regime can tout the figure of 19 MILLION who have logged ON to the Obamacare website and yet, they have NO IDEA how many have actually ENROLLED in Obamacare?

 Just 3 days ago, James Nicol of North Dakota’s Blue Cross Blue Shield, the state’s largest insurance provider, told a crowd that the OBAMA REGIME had instructed providers NOT to release those figures.

 He released them anyway and, after 21 days of Obamacare…ONLY 20 PEOPLE IN ALL OF NORTH DAKOTA had enrolled.

 Obamacare is now Obama’s latest cover up.

 The fact that the ill-conceived, $634 million dollar website has crashed and burned is only a tiny part of Obama’s problem.

 The REAL problem for Obama is that, by his own numbers, 19 million people HAVE gotten onto the website but, an embarrassingly LOW number, by some estimates, only about 36,000, have actually signed up for socialism.

 What THAT means and, what Obama DOESN’T want YOU to know is that, the OVERWHELMING majority of those who SAW the PRICES don’t want ANYTHING to DO with Obamacare because THEY now KNOW that THEY have been LIED to for the last 3 years.

 In what must be the 2 ultimate insults to the Obama socialist regime, he has now has to go to the PRIVATE SECTOR to find someone who can fix his big government, socialist created, Obamacare website  and, he will have to do exactly as the Tea Party tried to do…DELAY Obamacare.

 But, the website is nothing but a façade, meant to make all the devastation of the 2700 page bill with its 18,000 pages of attached regulations look pretty to the low information liberal/socialist voters. Fixing the website does nothing to fix the bill.

 The only way to fix that, is to repeal it and now, EVERYBODY knows it.

 For 3 years, Obama and his regime promised the American people champagne but…

 In the light of day…

 Obamacare, as a law, is nothing more than just another vat of liberal/socialist Kool Aid.

 The Tea Party was RIGHT…Aint that a glitch???
